Exhausted!

I'm finally back at work, and here's how my "schedule" is like:

Before I sleep, pack all Rachel's school stuff - change of clothes, milk powder and bottle. Label it "this bag is packed" so that nobody has to open and check again. Then, wash my breast pump and sterilize it. Bring out frozen milk from freezer to the bottom compartment for next day's feed. Arrange my clothes for the next day. Set alarm for 6am. Okay, looks set. Can sleep already.

At 6am, check to see if Ryan needs feeding (more like trying to force him to drink), then fill up bottles of hot water to let them cool down for Rachel's use later. Pack breast pump for work. Have last look at Ryan. Take a quick shower, get dressed, splatter cream on face, grab everything I need and rush out to face the jam that's already building up.

Note - I managed to leave at 6.35am yesterday, but today because I fed Ryan another round, I could only leave at 6.50am.

Reach office by 7.20am (speed driving), drop everything at my cube, rush to pump 1st round by 7.30am. Toilet break and breakfast will follow after that. 2nd pumping session at 11am, followed by lunch. 3rd pumping session at 4pm. Rush for home at 5.10pm the latest.

Reach home at 5.45pm (again, speed driving). Quick kisses for the baby before showering Rachel, followed by feeding my girl at 6-ish. Entertain the kids while my mom rushes for her shower, and then it's my turn. Dinner whenever there's a free slot. Change Ryan into bedtime clothes, and then prepare Rachel for her bedtime (brush teeth, wash face, change ...). Then, all go into the bedroom. When both kids are asleep, go out to prepare for the next day.

And the cycle continues ...
